Hi and welcome to my Holistic Therapies website.  My name is Loretta, and I provide reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki, as well as Kansa wand facial massage.  I offer these to you from Paragon Road, Weston-super-Mare, just off the seafront near Marine Lake.  I also offer a Mobile Service for these treatments.  I like to offer a calm, peaceful, space in which to relax and rejuvenate, find some inner peace, serenity and tranquility for the hour or so that you are here. I will ensure that you receive intention, unrushed and restorative therapies while you are here with me.  My services always will include a check-in when you get here, as well as a check-in afterwards to ensure that you feel relaxed, heard and cared for.   You can keep up-to-date with any articles or posts if you like to have a browse through my blog posts.

During times of stress and/or anxiety, these treatments can be a breath of fresh air and can offer different ways to help cope with that stress, bringing about a better balance in our everyday lives.   

I am fully insured and am a member of The Complementary Medical Association.  I have achieved both Levels 2 and 3 in Counselling Skills gained through NCFE, and NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Safeguarding. I deeply enjoy listening to people and offer a safe space in which to relax, unwind and talk if you want to. I came across reflexology many years ago and undertook a foundation course in the Eunice Ingham Method of reflexology. I have been practising reflexology ever since on family and friends, and am constantly researching this fascinating therapy and finding out more about it and the really noticeable and tangible benefits it can have for health and well-being.  I am a Reiki Practitioner, and am always inspired and thrilled at how Reiki energy can heal mind, body and spirit; it's a truly lovely healing experience.  I also hold a Level 2 in Facials - I offer a Kansa wand facial massage which is using a special tool with a blend of copper and tin to benefit the skin by re-balancing the pH balance, whilst also removing toxins. I am VTCT qualified Level 3 in Indian Head Massage.  I qualified in Colour Therapy Healing many years ago with the BSY Group, and have an interest and qualification in body massage.  I have a very keen interest in foot reading, and am developing this side of my work.  It's absolutely fascinating what stories the feet can tell!
